After spending another 9 hours at work, I was thinking on the way home ... while driving through traffic that makes me want to pull my hair out. From the time that I was thinking, I came to the conclusion that I should try and get some of the recipes that I use or experiment with out to the public. Of course these recipes are of no means perfect, but they come about and some work out to be great, others not so much.
I don't know how many people will read this but it will serve as a way of documenting my experiments with sweets. I will use this blog as a way of keeping all these stories and recipes safe, and to share recipes that I have had to experiment to find. I want to make it so that everyone can make delicious desserts and enjoy them with everyone that they care about, or even some that they don't.
